Regularly exercise to get rid of stress

Stress comes in many form of our lives such as job promotion as you are going to carried more respondsibity and more jobs, death of a love one, that you are going to missed them forever. School examination the hours of time you are putting in it. Stress is like a disease ones has to get rid off.

Regularly exercise is one of the cause to get rid of stress as proverd goes all works and no play make Jack a stress boy. So inorder to get rid off stress ones has to have stress managament the time of works, play and even relax. Regular hours of sleep. The time for bed and the time to wake up. If you are going to missed the one you loves most, had a good cry.
